
Organizational Change Leader

Job Purpose:
As the senior Human Resources leader, you will be responsible for spearheading organizational transformation and embedding company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide insightful reports on HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development, including Employment Law, policy, best practice, and workforce development.
- Advise and strategize on developing effective employment policies across the organization.
- Offer professional leadership, support, and development to HR staff to increase knowledge, share best practices, and ensure relevant professional standards are met.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies, and procedures, as well as legislation on data protection, the Equality Act, and health and safety.
- Oversee the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
- Drive continuous improvement by focusing on engagement and welfare activities, maximizing productivity, delegating HR responsibilities to line managers, and building leadership capability.
- Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening organizational culture, ensuring that company values and approach are displayed.
- Develop and execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with company values, business strategy, and commitments.
- Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships, and encourage retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a leadership position.
- Ability to create and implement people strategies.
- Commercial acumen and experience using metrics for driving performance.
- Proactive attitude and passion for leading with integrity.
- Superior interpersonal skills and positive approachable manner.
- Agile work ethic and ability to think innovatively and rationally about concerns.
- Experience managing a skilled team and making quick but rational decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of Employment Law.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- First-rate communication and presentation skills.
- Commitment to being an inspiring role model who encourages collaboration.
