Job Title: Business Technology Strategist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the deployment and management of our Human Capital Management (HCM) system globally.

This role requires a strong background in HCM implementation, project management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of our HCM modules with other enterprise systems.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful deployment, testing, and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end HCM implementation process, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the HCM system.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in implementing HR Systems, with expertise in Oracle HCM or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end HCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems.
  • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and report automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools and data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
