Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Oracle HCM Consultant. This role plays a key part in understanding business requirements and translating them into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

This individual will be responsible for configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards. They will also develop custom reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.

The consultant will perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI, manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades, and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.

Additionally, this professional will provide post-implementation support, resolve incidents as per SLA, and deliver user training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have expertise in HCM tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas, as well as experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP). Experience in Core HR, Recruitment, and other modules such as Absence, Payroll, Talent is also required. A strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows is essential, along with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll processes and gather requirements.
