Highly Skilled VBCS and HCM Professional Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team in a technical/techno-functional role. This position requires a strong background in modern web and mobile app development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop dynamic user interfaces using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
- Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
- Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.
Technical Expertise:
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
- Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
- Manage security profiles, roles, data access, and workflow approvals in HCM.
- Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loaders.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET.
- Strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher Reports.
This is a remote location-based role with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate should be able to start within 45 days.
