Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with exceptional communication skills and expertise in various HCM modules to support our Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, and customization needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM projects, ensuring seamless delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for effective techno-functional support of enterprise business processes, driving process improvements and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging knowledge of the latest Oracle Fusion HCM features and tools.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies, applying this expertise to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional consulting, with hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM or related technologies, demonstrating commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
