Job Title: HCM Functional Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR modules.
  • Drive the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Configure and maintain timecard layouts, time attributes, time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies, and integrations with HCM.
  • Develop and enhance Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations, as well as integrations with third-party applications and reports/HCM extracts.
  • Manage security setup and Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
Key Tasks:
  • Configure timecard layouts and time attributes.
  • Configure time collection rules, approval workflows, payroll/time policies.
  • Develop and enhance Fast Formulas (FF) for time, payroll, and validations.
  • Develop and enhance integrations with third-party applications.
  • Develop and enhance reports and HCM extracts.
