Senior Project Manager Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead multiple assigned projects from planning through to completion.
  • Project Development and Oversight: Develop, maintain and monitor project reports, schedules, and costs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress, and identify critical issues.
  • Team Leadership: Proactively support and manage the project plan and team, adhering to best practices to meet operational goals and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Billing and Payment Management: Manage billing and payment processes according to terms and conditions.
  • Client Satisfaction Assurance: Ensure handover as per client satisfaction.
  • Closure of Issues: Allocate, monitor, and close snags/observation points shared by clients within the DLP period and follow up on retention amounts.
  • Site Visits and Reporting: Conduct site visits for new projects, prepare photographic reports, and submit them to the tender team.
  • Cost and Vendor Management: Manage project costs, vendors, and subcontractors effectively.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Present reports in weekly meetings, establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors and clients, and allocate works to subcontractors.
