Project Manager Position

Job Overview

We seek an experienced project manager to lead our consulting projects from inception to closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish effective relationships with stakeholders, product delivery teams, sales teams, clients, and other key players.
  • Create and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of technology solutions.
  • Motivate and manage cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and results-oriented work environments.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and implement quality control measures to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years' experience in handling a portfolio of projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, ambiguity, and uncertainty, while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
