Job Title: Senior Manager Solar Construction Site Lead

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced construction leader to oversee the on-site execution and commissioning of large-scale renewable energy assets.

• Develop and maintain detailed site execution plans, including work breakdown structures, resource schedules, and logistics strategies.
• Direct all civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA works, ensuring adherence to design specifications, contractual requirements, and industry codes.
• Implement and enforce project quality assurance plans; manage NCR tracking, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

• To lead a team of experts in implementing solar construction projects from conception to completion.
• To develop comprehensive project execution strategies that ensure timely delivery and exceptional results.
