Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery team, overseeing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration.
  • Support hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to meet their needs and effectively manage their expectations. Engage in delivery governance forums, collaborating with the Sales Team on proposals and strategic initiatives to drive success.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, leading account mining activities, and ensuring cloud solutions align with company standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and decision-making. Guide & work hands-on with the pursuit team for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, Provider domain.
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects as applicable to the HLS industry. Good grasp of technology and product engineering to speak customer language in various discussions.
  • Managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Candidates must possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
  • Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price, etc.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director level stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings (10% to 25%).
