Job Title: Production Director Lead

Job Description:

The Production Director Lead will oversee a dedicated vertical, managing end-to-end production processes and client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Production, this role will oversee a team of 2-3 Creative Producers (project managers) and ensure seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee all stages of production projects within the vertical, from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 2-3 Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation and compliance with company standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development and asset production.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
