Effective Project Management

We are seeking a highly skilled project management professional to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of projects from conception to completion.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining a keen ability to balance technical and operational demands. You will also play a pivotal role in aligning project goals with the broader strategic vision of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and protocols.
  • Operate effectively across various project methodologies including waterfall, agile and DevOps.
  • Configure software solutions and guide others in configuration according to specifications.
  • Develop and implement efficient, effective and supportable solutions.
  • Assist in the production, review and execution of test cases.
  • Ensure that all processes are followed and relevant documentation is complete.
  • Debug and report issues observed during testing.
  • Calculate project burn and cycle time.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client business requirements.
  • Identify key changes and additions, presenting viable solution options.
  • Proactively communicate any deviations from the Business Blueprint or Statement of Work.
  • Engage comfortably with demanding customers and facilitate functional discussions.
  • Monitor and communicate delivery progress to all stakeholders.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with other business functions, partners and internal teams.
  • Highlight the relative risks and benefits of various options.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science or Statistics.
  • Possession of Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in project methodology, demonstrating a strong understanding of project management practices within the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, Master Data Management, database proficiency and project management certification.
  • Proficient in using collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams.
