Job Overview
The Assistant Manager Human Resources role is pivotal in our organization, overseeing the entire HR lifecycle from recruitment to talent development. This position necessitates an individual with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of collaborating with partners to fulfill their talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, coordinating interviews with partners, managing offers, and post-offer engagement.
- Talent Management: Online onboarding, documentation, conducting induction sessions, confirmation processes, exit interviews, and analysis, pulse, and new joiners' feedback.
- Manage Internship process
- Engagement: Conceptualize, plan, and execute engagement programs based on employee calendars.
- L&D: Conduct HR/Talent process sessions, conceptualize, and plan soft skills programs.
- HR Projects: Willingness to take HR projects in any talent focus area and plan/executethem.
- HR Analytics/Dashboards: Create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management.
Requirements
- Good & consistent academic record
- MBA(HR) Full-time from reputed colleges/university preferred
Work Environment
This role requires working from office, 5 days a week, with strong collaborative working across the talent team. Hosting HR initiatives/programs and public speaking are assets.
