Unit HR Leadership Role

Manipal Hospitals is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their unit as the Head of Human Resources. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and ability to foster a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role, with strong team leadership skills and proven track record of driving business growth through effective human resources strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Unit leadership to drive strategic initiatives and implement effective HR practices.
  • Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement and continuous communication.
  • Develop and execute the Continuous Performance Management System, including Goal Setting, Performance Reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify high-potential employees and facilitate their development through the Talent Development Centre.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR to enhance employee participation in Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Drive Recognition and Reward programs to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition efforts, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Requirements:
  • Any Graduate + MBA in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in an HRBP role.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
