Job Title: Operational Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Logistics Coordinator to oversee the production process, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise production activities to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Supervise loading of materials onto trucks to ensure safe transportation and compliance with regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods inventory to inform business decisions
  • Prepare job work challans and manage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Generate sales invoices to facilitate payment and revenue growth
  • Handle loaders and transporters to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare packing lists to ensure accurate and efficient shipping

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in Commerce or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a factory setting is required
  • Proficiency in Tally and basic accounting skills is necessary
  • Age: 35-45 years
