Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to Enter and update product information pricing and inventory data in excel sheets or inventory management software with precision and attention to detail Prepare and input data associated with product dispatch on a daily basis Consistent checking of product dispatch invoices to ensure accuracy Verify and correct product quality issues and discrepancies to maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction Ensure timely and accurate product data entry following established procedures and guidelines Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure consistency and quality of product information across all channels Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce logistics or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy in product data entry and management Basic computer skills Must be STRONG and Proficient in MS Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and external partners Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute with extreme focus on accuracy Role Senior Operations Logistics Executive Industry Type Education Training Department Operations Logistics Employment Type Full Time Contractual Education Bachelor s Required Masters Preferred Experience Logistics Invoicing Data Entry Inventory 4 years Required Expected Start Date As soon as possible or as Notice Period allows Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Application Question s Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Language English Required License Certification Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel Required Work Location In person
