Supply Chain Management Opportunity

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring seamless execution from procurement to delivery.

  • Inward Materials Entry and Stock Management: Accurately record inward materials using Tally software and maintain up-to-date stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming materials to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Production Process Management: Supervise and manage production processes to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inward and outward raw materials and finished goods.
  • Job Work Challan and Stock Maintenance: Prepare job work challans and maintain stock levels.
  • Sales Invoice Preparation: Prepare sales invoices in accordance with company policies.
  • Packing List Preparation: Create detailed packing lists for smooth dispatch.
  • Labor Handling: Demonstrate expertise in handling labor-related tasks.
  • Invoice Handover: Efficiently hand over invoices to drivers for timely delivery.
  • Transportation and Loading: Ensure transportation and loading are executed as per customer delivery schedules.

Preferred qualifications include experience in handling tea processing machinery and manufacturing knowledge. A graduate degree with proficiency in Tally and Excel is essential.
