Electrical Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement process for Electrical Turnkey Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing electrical materials, handling vendor negotiations, and coordinating logistics to meet project deadlines.

• Source and procure electrical components, equipment, and services required for turnkey projects.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations based on price, quality, delivery, and payment terms.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project, design, and engineering teams to understand material requirements.
• Create and process purchase orders, follow up on order confirmations, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
• Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchase within electrical contracting or turnkey project environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and vendors.
• Familiarity with BOQs, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

• Experience in handling MEP or EPC project procurement.
• Knowledge of taxation, import duties, and local compliance.
