Warehouse Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining high standards of depot hygiene. The successful candidate will lead a team of up to 20-30 members, focusing on ownership, team alignment, and vendor management to achieve operational excellence.

About the Role:
The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. This includes coordinating with vendors for timely delivery of goods and materials, ensuring effective vendor management and follow-up, and overseeing team performance, training, and ground-level process implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of up to 20-30 warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods and materials, ensuring effective vendor management and follow-up
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and inventory management, utilizing both basic and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Oversee team performance, training, and ground-level process implementation
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to align with company standards and best practices

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in warehouse management
• Proven experience in managing a team of up to 20 members, with strong leadership and team alignment skills
• Excellent vendor management and follow-up abilities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Strong adaptability to changing environments and operational requirements
• Proficient in basic and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills to optimize warehouse operations
