Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, responding to inquiries regarding incidents with applications, networks, platforms, and servers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support by phone to customers relating to the effective use of technologies including computer, mobility, voice, network connectivity, and various software applications.
  • Document all work completed into the appropriate call-tracking and incident management systems.
  • Contribute to the knowledgebase and promote utilization to both internal and external customers.
  • Evaluate and escalate incidents that require resolution by other IT groups beyond the Service Desk.
  • Assist in the on-boarding and training of new employees.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate degree in information systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. They should have a strong understanding of computer hardware components, systems, and peripherals, as well as basic computer software applications including MS Office products, email, Internet access, and multimedia technology.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledgeable with LAN or WAN networking
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS
