Job Title: HR Solutions Expert

We are seeking a seasoned HR Solutions Expert to join our team. As an HR Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for analyzing HR functional requirements and technical specifications to create actionable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as demonstrable experience in developing proposals and offerings. Additionally, they will have hands-on experience with HR Cloud systems and the ability to support the selection and implementation of HR technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR functional requirements and technical specifications to create actionable solutions.
  • Support clients with implementation and adoption of HR Cloud and HXM Technologies from Hire to Retire.
  • Evaluate existing HR systems and recommend improvements to clients and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation.
  • Prepare design documents and detailed specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Solution Architect or similar role.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and help solve their HR challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
