Job Title: System Configuration Specialist

This role focuses on delivering exceptional support for system configurations and global, web-based applications.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily system support to users via multiple channels.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with software vendors when necessary.
  • Perform various system administration tasks, including updates to website content and system data.
  • Assist with configuration changes to workflow tools.
  • Create and execute test cases to validate configurations.
  • Support software validation and change control activities.
  • Develop reports and visualizations using Excel and Tableau.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • A passionate team player with a commitment to helping others succeed.
  • Experience with Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • SQL expertise is required.
  • Prior experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
  • SharePoint experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with etq reliance.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
