Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts.

  • Foster a high-growth environment by driving full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Create campaign structures that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ad performance and landing page conversion.
  • Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).

About the Role:

This is an individual contributor position ideal for someone who thrives on hands-on execution, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced product-led environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business, or related fields. Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital-first product or fintech environment. Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and related platforms. Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, or similar. Exceptional communication and project management skills.


Additional Requirements:

Prior experience in a fast-paced online product-based company is mandatory. A strong understanding of industry trends and platform algorithm changes is necessary to stay ahead in this role.
