Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned HR Professional to lead our HR operations, foster employee engagement, and serve as a vital link between management and employees.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring the best fit for our team and organization.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Oversee payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances with precision and timeliness.
  • Performance Appraisals and HRMS: Conduct regular performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools to optimize employee performance and engagement.
  • Employee Engagement and Grievance Handling: Drive employee engagement initiatives, handle grievances, and organize team events to foster a positive work culture.
  • Exit Formalities: Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate HR will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho) preferred.
