Senior Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR expert with extensive experience in managing HR operations within a manufacturing environment. The role involves leading and managing all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization.

  1. End-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  2. Champion HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
  3. Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain statutory records.
  4. Oversee employee relations, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels.
  5. Guide the management and smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.
  • Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.
  • Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive transformational changes.
