Job Description:

A Sales Development Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales development representatives, focusing on generating new business opportunities, building the sales pipeline, and ensuring the team meets sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in sales. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads, ensuring that leads are properly qualified to maximize sales opportunities, and continuously evaluating and improving the sales process to increase efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and identify potential challenges
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track activity, and analyze sales data
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduation is required. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales experience, with a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
