Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounts receivable team. This role is responsible for managing the entire invoice cycle, from generation and review to payment processing and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management:
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for generating, reviewing, and processing customer invoices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, minimizing delays and disputes.
  • Collections & Payments:
  • Monitor outstanding accounts receivable, identifying and addressing potential issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure seamless payment processing.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting:
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to guarantee accurate accounting and proper posting of payments.
  • Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable status, aging trends, and cash flow projections.
  • Financial Controls & Compliance:
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.
  • Support audit preparation and external/internal audits as needed.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing issues and enhance processes.
  • Provide support during critical month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to handle customer interactions effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
