Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) developer to join our team at a leading organization in Jodhpur, India.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM and be able to design, configure, and support end-to-end solutions for demand, project, portfolio, and resource management.

  • Administering ServiceNow with extensive SPM experience
  • Hands-on expertise in SPM modules: Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace
  • Conducting requirements gathering and solution design
  • Performing impact assessments on new solutions and SPM enhancements
  • Configuring scripts, catalog forms, and workflows
  • Executing system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support
  • Managing code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts
  • Troubleshooting integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems
  • Implementing automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub
  • Handling platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment
  • Performing daily health checks and resolving performance issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience
  • Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  • Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks
