ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality catalog items, workflows, and integrations in the ServiceNow platform.

Your primary focus will be on collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects for digital service operations. This will involve configuring catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows, as well as writing scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic.

You will also support integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports, participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing, and contribute to documentation, versioning, and user guides.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development, proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer, experience with ITSM and HRSD modules, familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes, and strong collaborative and troubleshooting skills.
