About the RoleThis is a full-time position that will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow Security Operations modules, working closely with cybersecurity teams to gather requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integrations and automation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement threat intelligence integrations and vulnerability scanner integrations
- Configure and customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules
- Develop orchestration and remediation workflows for auto-assignment, enrichment, escalation, and resolution
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow Security Operations modules
- Buildd use-case-specific automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR)
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent technical skills and experience in implementing ServiceNow Security Operations modules. You should also possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Requirements:
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to gather detailed requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans
- Perform UAT, defect resolution, and cutover activities
