We are seeking a highly skilled Decision Science Associate to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leveraging data analytics and scientific methods to drive business growth and improve decision-making.
Job Description:
- Utilize patient-level data to inform business strategies and optimize commercial operations.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute business initiatives that leverage data-driven insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, data visualization, and reporting.
- Proficient in R, Python, SQL, and MS Excel.
- Experience with self-service analytics platforms such as Dataiku, KNIME, or Alteryx is an added advantage.
