Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Manager to lead our analytics team and drive strategic decision-making. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of insights across our product suite, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align analytics projects with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering growth and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to develop and execute analytics strategies that inform business decisions.
  • Own and evolve KPI frameworks for products and business performance.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports.
  • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Represent analytics in leadership meetings and decision-making forums.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 8+ years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial/lead role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and web analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
  • Experience with data governance and quality checks.
  • Strong communication skills, business acumen, and stakeholder management.
