Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

This position involves leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) Analytics Platforms to drive data-driven decision making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify problem statements that can be solved through data analysis and visualization using BI Analytics Platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to understand business objectives.
  • Extract relevant data from various sources, ensuring dataset integrity and accuracy.
  • Perform data cleaning, develop automated scripts for cleaning and validation, and assess data quality.
  • Provide inputs to improve data collection and validation at the point of capture.
  • Migrate data between source and target systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Develop insightful data visualizations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain data repositories, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Ensure data consistency across systems and applications.
  • Brainstorm innovative ideas and create prototypes of future tools and products.
  • Write queries to fetch data from diverse data sources, utilizing expertise in database management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logical thinking, data analytics, quantitative analysis, and algorithm optimization.
  • Understanding of Database and analytics applications, including Python, R, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of BI Analytics Platform provided by Zoho is a plus.
  • Cloud knowledge is an added advantage.
