Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for developing business plans and analysis, including market research, to inform strategic decision-making. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
