We are seeking an experienced product data analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for you to be part of a talented group working on exciting projects and shaping the future of our company.
">Job Description">In this role, you will partner with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs), measure product adoption, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will own key aspects of the analytics lifecycle: data instrumentation, reporting, and insights generation.
">You will conduct deep-dive analyses including A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and segmentation to uncover user behavior patterns. Your goal will be to build dashboards and reports that communicate insights clearly to product stakeholders.
">Collaboration with Data Engineering is essential to ensure data accuracy and reliability. You will provide actionable recommendations that inform product strategy and improve customer experience.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">- 3+ years of experience in product or growth analytics
- Strong SQL skills; experience with Business Intelligence/analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude
- Proven ability to translate data into insights that drive product decisions
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics and experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data storytelling
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
