Finance Manager

Seeking a seasoned Finance professional to spearhead Master Data Management (MDM) and Shared Service Center (SSC) initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Making informed technology decisions for client MDM environments and interpreting requirements to design effective MDM solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP systems, including configuration and maintenance of master data fields.
  • Driving end-to-end solution architecture for MDM, encompassing data model definition, quality assessment, and remediation design.
  • Leveraging MDM technologies and tools across organizations to enable the management and integration of master data.
  • Working knowledge of automation technologies like RPA and in-depth understanding of SAP HANA.
  • Leading projects aimed at simplification and automation, with a strong grasp of subsystems and t-codes.
  • Actively identifying new initiatives, evaluating vendors, and selecting implementation partners.
  • Timely delivery of projects in collaboration with process owners and IT verticals.
  • Identifying gaps in existing processes and driving closure of related projects through automation in SSC verticals.
  • Effective stakeholder management and commitment to ethical behavior.
  • Able to establish connections with vendors, evaluate their offerings, and negotiate functional agreements.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or CA Inter or MBA Finance degree.
  • 7-10 years of experience, specifically in technologies used in SSC environments and SAP.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in Indian Captive Shared services or Matured Captive SSC.
  • Experience with Six Sigma – Green Belt or Black belt is an added advantage.
  • PMP or Project management experience is an added advantage.
