Role:

The People Analytics Internship combines data analysis, business strategy, and HR process improvement.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.
Skills:

You will need:

  • A working knowledge of Excel (SQL skills beneficial)
  • Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
  • The ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical data findings into clear summaries for HR and business leaders
Qualifications:

To be considered, you should have:

  • B-Tech/BE or B-Tech/BE + MBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
