About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts in the education industry. As a seasoned professional with 6-10 years of experience, you will craft and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with educational business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Craft and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Marketing to drive targeted campaigns.
- Oversight of SEO/SEM, social media, email, display, and performance campaigns tailored to educational audience behavior.
- Utilize insights from past education marketing experience to identify high-converting channels and increase ROI.
- Monitor KPIs (like CPL, CAC, ROAS) and use tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards to optimize campaign performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers.
- Manage customer lifecycle through marketing automation and CRM tools to improve student engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with educational influencers, PR agencies, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand presence.
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in digital marketing with proven experience in the education industry.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- Tools Proficiency: Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Email Marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce).
- Certifications (Preferred): Google AdWords, HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other relevant credentials.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, leadership ability, and excellent communication.
