Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Key Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving period BTL activations, generating referral form prospect customers, and maximizing virtual connects with qualified prospects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, co-operative bank and channel management, and DSA relationship. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor-make recommendations based on customer profiles.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Increase the top of funnel by driving period BTL activates and generating referral form prospect customers.
  • Maximize virtual connects with the qualified prospects using various digital platforms and other social media platforms.
  • Adopt need-based selling and assist and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth policy issuance.
  • Rigorous and timely follow-up on all prospects that are in work-in-progress stage.
  • Update prospect information and track performance on lead management system (LMS) / VYMO.
  • Ensure that all procedural requirements for policy issuance are complete and correct.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum Graduate degree
  • 0-2 years of work experience in life insurance sales management, retail bank distribution, co-operative bank and channel management, or DSA relationship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of life insurance sales management and related concepts
