Job Title: Curriculum Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey for our employees.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning content that aligns with our business goals and unique design philosophy. You will work closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and development needs, particularly in areas like financial technology, domain expertise, and Design Thinking principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and update learning content using various modalities, including e-learning, virtual workshops, and instructor-led training.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and development needs.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute training initiatives for a diverse workforce across multiple locations.
  • Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an interactive and effective learning experience.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement.
  • Administer our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the learning content is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from a top-tier business school.
  • Overall 4-6 years of post-MBA experience in IT services/product organizations.
  • Hands-on work experience in design/creation of organization programs and curricula using various modalities.
  • Experience in learning needs analysis, learning strategy design, and learning best practice assessment.
