Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products by developing and executing testing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Analyze and report on quality metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and manage issues raised by Software Quality & Test Engineers
  • Review and ensure that test automation solutions meet architectural and development standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance areas
  • Good knowledge and exposure to both manual and automated testing methodologies
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Linux shell scripting, or other languages
  • Experience with Non-functional testing, including performance, usability, vulnerability, load testing, and compatibility testing
  • Use of testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, Karate, Jira, and JMeter
  • Experience implementing QA solutions within continuous integration and delivery pipelines

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience operating under Agile Scrum & DevOps methodology
  • Exposure to working on cloud platforms
  • Understanding of financial services domain and lending area
  • Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
  • Knowledge of cloud testing strategies and tools
