Job Title: Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, printing stocks, and placing orders after negotiations.
You will also be responsible for arranging travel and accommodations, booking and/or coordinating travel tickets - Train, Flights, and hotels as per the needs of the team and searching for suitable and safe hotel and travel options for the team in remote areas.
In addition, you will coordinate vendors (Food, vehicle, projector etc.) in different parts of the country to support program needs. You will negotiate the best rates for the organization, ensuring quality services as well.
Other responsibilities include organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents, being available to answer queries by employees on travel updates, booking meeting rooms as required, distributing and storing correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages).
You will also supervise, monitor, and guide junior staff. Support other teams for day-to-day requirements. Evaluate venue/hall bookings in advance for quarterly/annual reviews, events such as picnics, annual days, outstation conferences etc.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 to 6 years of relevant field experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, travel desk, or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Negotiation skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
