Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and success.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of financial plans.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze actual results against budget and forecast.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Collaborate with IT to develop and implement system changes to support business needs.
Qualifications:
  • CA/CPA/ACCA with 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and Hyperion systems.
