Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Description:

As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in streamlining HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring administrative excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee data, attendance reports, coordinating and tracking employee evaluations and probation reviews.

You will also be responsible for coordinating training programs, tracking training effectiveness, and assisting in creating training modules and conducting mock assessments. Additionally, you will plan and execute team-building activities, employee recognition, and engagement events to foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.

Furthermore, you will oversee daily office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination. You will maintain inventory of office supplies and company assets and generate weekly/monthly HR dashboards to track hiring, training, and engagement status. Finally, you will conduct internal audits on HR documentation, onboarding checklists, and training logs to ensure internal quality standards.
