Technical Implementation Role

This is a challenging position for an experienced technical professional who will be responsible for implementing the LeadSquared platform.

">

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment, as well as experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • End-to-end implementation of the LeadSquared platform based on solution design.">
  • Design and implement integrations between LeadSquared and customer's existing software ecosystem.">
  • Data migration planning, cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer data and digital assets.">
  • Configuration and customization of the LeadSquared platform according to customer requirements.">
  • Implementation project management and delivery within promised timeframes.">
  • Integration management and technical point of contact for all implementation-related integrations and technical queries.">
  • Techncial documentation creation, integration guides, and implementation runbooks.">
  • Quality assurance through thorough testing of implementations and integrations before go-live.">
  • Post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting.">
  • Communication of technical progress and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.">
  • Cross-team collaboration with Product Development team for technical feedback and post-implementation reviews.">
  • Process automation identification and development solutions.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology.">
  • A minimum of 10+ years of mandatory experience in technical implementation of world-class SaaS products.">
  • Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations is preferred.">
