We are seeking a seasoned Coupa professional to join our team as an Implementation Specialist.

About the Role:

Coupa is a leading provider of cloud-based spend management solutions, and we are looking for an experienced professional to help us implement our platform for clients. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor our solution to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Coupa modules to meet client requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with Coupa product releases and enhancements
  • Provide training and support to clients on Coupa usage and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in implementing Coupa or similar spend management solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure-to-pay, and expenses
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa integration setup and configuration
  • Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
