Job Title: HubSpot Martech Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM architecture and modules to lead our CRM implementations, optimize sales/marketing operations, and manage end-to-end technical delivery.

  • Consult clients on best practices for using HubSpot's Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub platforms
  • Define project scope, gather requirements, and develop comprehensive implementation plans that align with client goals
  • Oversee the configuration, automation, and integration of various tools and systems within HubSpot (including Stripe, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and client teams, to ensure timely delivery and seamless execution
  • Manage project timelines, identify potential risks, and maintain open communication with clients throughout the delivery lifecycle
Required Skills:
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM architecture and modules
  • Experience with workflows, custom properties, reports, and CMS tools within HubSpot
  • Familiarity with API integrations, data migrations, and basic troubleshooting procedures
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Jira, or Asana)

Bonus Requirements: Background in technical consulting, HubSpot certifications, or prior agency experience would be an added advantage.
