Pricing Analyst - Ascella Group
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst to join our pricing team at Ascella Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies and package negotiations for our insurance company. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance and healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for various insurance packages, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to inform pricing decisions.
Package Creation:
- Create comprehensive insurance packages tailored to different customer segments, considering factors such as coverage needs, demographics, and market demands.
- Regularly review and update insurance packages to ensure they remain competitive and relevant.
Negotiation with Healthcare Providers:
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements with hospitals and healthcare providers to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to facilitate ongoing negotiations and collaboration.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct thorough cost and benefit analysis for different pricing strategies and packages.
- Generate detailed reports on pricing performance, including profitability, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all pricing strategies and packages comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest regulatory changes and incorporate them into pricing and negotiation strategies.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide support and training to junior team members regarding pricing strategies and negotiation techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Experience & Expertise:
- Proven experience in pricing strategy development and package creation within the insurance or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of insurance policies, healthcare industry dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Results-oriented with a proactive and strategic approach to pricing and negotiations.
