Are you a skilled professional with experience in operations, supply chain, or program management?

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Process Improvement Manager.

The role will focus on designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment, warehousing, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SOPs for key processes.
  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.

Program Management

  • Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations.
  • Support execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.

Data & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
