Cell Production Specialist

Premier Energies is a leading solar cell and module manufacturer committed to quality and sustainability. We have 2 GW cell and 5.1 GW module capacity, expanding into TOPCon technology at our LEED Gold Certified plant and PVEL-recognized modules.

As a key member of the Cell Maintenance team at Fabcity, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality production output and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Manage production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly desirable.
  • Develop and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes.
  • Handle engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds effectively.
  • Apply strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills to drive results.
  • Establish and enforce quality control measures to guarantee products meet desired standards and internal/external audit requirements.
  • Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Maintain safe work practices, comply with chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or chemistry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solar cell manufacturing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
